It took 3 orders to finally get one that was not defective/damaged either from incomplete manufacturing or packaging. The one I finally received was nice and seemed to be made with quality. I still thinking their packaging needs to improved but the company was great to work with when I notified them of the issues. They shipped a new one out immediately. 3 stars due to the issues but would of got a 5 star otherwise.
