The box was extremely beat up and it only had half the disks. It was advertised as new but was obviously used.My mother had given me this as a gift many years ago - it finally died. I tried a traditional press and it was awful. So, I treated myself to this and I love it! It works like a charm - worth the money to me.Looked like new. Easy to work/fill. Only complaint is that a few discs did not work very well. Made a mess. All in all would recommendVery easy to use. Prime got it to me in record time! Thank you Amazon!Works well, lots of designs, easy to cleanI really thought what I was receiving for $62.00 was a new item but NO I RECEIVED A DIRTY COOKIE SHOOTER WITH DOUGH LEFT INSIDE IT WAS JUST SO GROSS, I JUST COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EYES, I WAS EXTREMELY ANGRY THAT THEY COULD SELL SOMETHING LIKE THIS FOR SOOOO MUCH MONEY.I thought I was getting a new product. The box is trash, food stained and marked up. For a $35.00 cookie press I expected better. It even has food stains on the press and flour in the box. Have I learned my lesson in Amazon! I thought they sold quality.I had one several years but in moving three times I lost it. I was going to a party and needed to take deviled eggs. I remembered how handy this product was for filling the eggs and looking very pretty. Went to Amazon and found just what I was looking for. It came right on time and I had it for the eggs. I plan to try cookies for the upcoming holidays.
