I bought this two months ago to provide shade for my baby on beach outings. It’s sleek and easy to use—you literally pull it out of the bag and it pops open! A lifesaver when you have a child and are short on hands. It was easy to pack up too if you follow the video instructions. That said, we’ve used it twice, and it’s offered ample shade. The “window” opening was a nice feature too and allowed for a nice breeze to travel through. However, on the third use, upon taking the tent out of the bag, the frame was broken. The rod pierced through and ripped the fabric material, causing puckering on one side of the tent, a sloping top, and a lifted base. We’re not rough with it. It’s only been used on sand. We collapse it and return it to its bag after each use, and store it away when not in use. I was hoping for at least one full season of use, but this was rather disappointing considering the price point.
